THOUGHTS FROM MAY 27, 2022: DONT WORRY BE HAPPY

 How do you stop worrying and really be happy?

Perhaps most of the things you worried about never happened.  Worry starts as a thought then snowballs into a giant avalanche or avatar.  Take a few moments to breathe in through your mouth, counting from one to five.  Hold your breathe counting from one to five.  Then exhale through your mouth counting from one to five.  Do this seven times.  Thus brings oxygen to your brain.  This breathing exercise will bring clarity to your thoughts.


Incorporate a fitness routine in your life.  Hopefully it's something you enjoy.  Try the routine for twenty minutes to start.  Try for three to five days a week.  This will increase your serotonin levels, which will increase your feel good state.  Take time to pray.  The Lord is at hand, do not be anxious about anything, but in prayer and supplication with Thanksgiving let Your requests be known to God.  And the peace of God that passes all understanding, will keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
